ANY TIPS/ADVICE/HELP/MEAL PLANS MADE EASY!!!!!

hi i am new on here, and i dont know where to turn, i dont like going to the gym but rather work out at home and just dont know what to do! help please help! i would love any advice or suggestions on a meal plan or exercises to try! encouragement please no hater

    Plan in advance. Make bulk good meals and freeze. Log the night before - plan plan plan!

    Logging the night before and planning things out is definitely a good way to go, I agree.
  • For the exercise I recommend the t25 workout series of the 21 day fix. Just bought them and I am in LOVE such an intense workout in half an hour

    I make it easy on myself, practically the same thing every day...I know exactly how many calories. I'm staying off sugar and processed foods as much as possible. It helps me in not eating more than I should.

    vpit432, maybe you could tell us a little bit about yourself - like, what sort of exercise you've done before/like doing, and how much weight you are hoping to lose over what time frame.
