Multivitamin daily, because I know my diet is often not perfect. I do not eat the recommended daily serving of fruits/vegetables. Fitday tracks all of the vitamins and minerals. When I used it, I was often lacking in Vits. A, C, D, K, & E, calcium, magnesium, iron, and several other trace nutrients. (I switched to MFP because the database is so much more complete and easier to use.)
I also supplement with Vits. D & E, fish oil, and cal/mag on doctor's suggestions.0
