Thank you! I did come far and I have come to like what;s happening gradually. I feel stronger, healthy, and more energized. I am always busy with hall council duties on top of clubs I'm second in chief of. I have no time to really socialize, or eat ice cream/cookies with the girls(why can't they have a fruit yogurt party…

I'm not depriving myself of anything. :) I eat enough calories. I just crave it now since I feel really down right now.

When I think about it, when I feel happy exercising isn't that much of a problem, but when I'm sad I tend to think "No, I'm going to eat my troubles away. I don't want to do anything else." Knowing that happiness helped you lose weight gives me hope!

That's what's happening to me now! i feel so pressured and I binge eat, binge exercise, and eat too little, ect. I feel so much better. I just get really bad anxiety thinking I might not lose weight even if I tried really hard. I'm scared of the failure. The anxiety gets really bad, that's where all the binge eating comes…

It's really true! You want what you can't have right? I would also have to agree with your point of getting tired of junk food overtime, certain foods that I had undying cravings for aren't as big of a trigger it used to be after I started eating healthier. Thanks for sharing! Especially about the part about you caving in…

I was feeling pretty guilty about all the sugar in general and you are right, I held out my cravings for so long I did binge. I noticed I binge badly when I do restrict myself. I also agree that I should just go for fruit when the going gets tough. Thanks, I needed to hear this. I feel renewed. Thank you! :D
