Make sure to drink plenty of water! You can bring bottled water in a backpack or just bring a reusable bottle and fill up at the water fountain! Bring some easy snacks (nuts, protein bars, fruit, etc) and they do have some *healthier* options in the parks now. You will be doing plenty of walking so you should be just fine!…

I'm also in FL. I'm not real good at knowing what is in season when except for a few. The citrus comes into season around Novemeber and berries in February. I recently returned to MFP as well after realizing how focused I was when using it before (and how un-focused I am without it). I will be turning 30 in a few weeks. Just getting back into the swing of things and welcome any new friends to motivate and support. I will surely do the same. Feel free to add!
