Hi all Sorry I wasn't about yesterday I had a day at the seaside BUT was very good and walked miles also did my 30ds DVD. Second day in and today I have cut the grass and shredded. Such a nice day today so we are going for a long walk then maybe the x trainer later. How is everyone else doing? Em x
