Eating when not hungry
If you're not hungry do you still eat? So far today I have had a cup of coffee, it's now lunch time but I don't feel hungry. This isn't normal for me as usually I'm always hungry. Would you eat or wait until you're hungry? Em x

Looking for a kick up the bum...
Feeling a bit down and only on day 4! I am currently doing the 30 day shred and it's hard work. I hope the next 26 days go by quickly and that it's all worth it. If after all this I only lose a couple of pounds I think I'll cry and eat a box of chocolates. I'm so sick of being fat, wish I had a magic wand. :-(

A little idea for those times when you crave something
Brush your teeth! I know it sounds silly but the flavour of toothpaste mixed with foods and drinks often is pretty discusting. Anyway works for me, so thought I would share....also means you have nice teeth! Em x
