Hi all

I'm planning on making October my month. I have a weight loss goal of 14lbs.

I'm going to do the 30 day shred plus much more exercise and stick to a good healthy diet.

What I really need to help me through this is like minded people who are serious about really pushing themselves. So if you would like to join me please sign up, add me as a friend and as of tomorrow let's go!

I will take measurements and weigh myself in the morning.

    I am also starting the 30 DS on Monday I would love to be in a group to push, and motivate me along too. I will weigh and take my meausurements tomorrow as well. Can't wait to lose all this extra weight that is holding me back.

  • Alright! I'm in. After almost a year of not losing any more weight, I am ready to get back on track. I really want to be at my goal by my 50th birthday (which as of tomorrow will be exactly one year away), but should reach it well before then if I try hard.

    I'm in, I'm in, I'm in!! I have the same amount as you to loose and I've been extremely lax lately, need an extra push and this can be it :)
    I'll start the 30 day shred tomorrow so too (I tried it before but gave up on the second day of level 2, my DVD started skipping and it put me right off, so I'll begin again at level 1 and try to clean the DVD or something).
    I also have to get back into going to the gym daily or running in the mornings, or both if I can manage it!
    No more sugar either!

    Thanks for the motivation! I'm currently exactly 65kg, but mostly I'm looking to loose my love handles :(

    For the next 31 days NO EXCUSES.

    Make sure you set yourself a goal, be it weight loss or amount of exercise you want to do each week. However you set your goal be realistic.

    Let's have a daily check in to make sure we are all on track.

  • i would like to join ive not been losing for 4 months now and i need to buckle down and lose my last 10lbs.So im ready to do this:wink: I want to lose at least a pound a week and im going to exercise 5 days a week mon -fri for at least 30 minutes and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day(which i find hard) and eat healthy

    ill start 30ds tommorow aswell. and ill weigh and take measurments and opics. i want to loose 10lbs however 6lbs in a month mre realistic for me .

    Okay today Oct. 1st is the first day of the 30DS (OMG I am a little scared) hope it doesn't hurt too bad :happy:
    My measurements are:
    43 bust
    12 1/2 biceps
    40 waist
    45 hips
    23 1/2 thighs
    Starting weight:
    198.6

  • Day 1 for me: 3 lb weights. Could only do 6 pushups today but hey its a start........My goal for this month is to loose some inches while I firm and tone up. Feel free to add me as a friend.

    HI Please count me in on this. I started the 30 DS 2 days ago and will be doing my 3rd workout at level 1 tonight. Funny thing is my daughter is 23 and she walked in and saw me working out and said.. well just be glad you aren't doing this workout called the 30 day shred.. me and my girlfriend are doing it and its brutal. You could never handle it. I just looked at her and about cried. I said I am doing the 30 day shred don't you recognize it? She said Mom you can't do that its really hard. I told her I think people that weigh a lot more than I do can do it and do it all the time. She just said, I don't know and walked out. I feel so frustrated today. I have to show her I can do this and kick her little skinny butt in the process lol.

    Hi all

    Sorry I wasn't about yesterday I had a day at the seaside BUT was very good and walked miles also did my 30ds DVD.

    Second day in and today I have cut the grass and shredded. Such a nice day today so we are going for a long walk then maybe the x trainer later.

  • It is cold and won't quit raining in the northeastern US, I started 5 days of midnight shift last night and have a wedding to go to today. I am not going to be a happy camper. Off to the gym for this morning. Have a good day!
  • Day 1- Followed Meal Plan and attended a Halloween theme at an amusment park so walked around for about 5 hours. Not too bad of a workout. Today will be a little more difficult. Having a family get together and lots of food all the time so let's hope I have the will power to stay within my calorie range. Also walked for 2hrs today. Good luck everyone!

    1800 at the gym, danced for about 2 hour straight at a wedding all sweaty, not sure how accurate mfp is on the numbers and I obviously didn't have my hrm on.
