Chicken Kiev alternative?

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me.

I really love Chicken Kiev but really don't want to eat the full fat version with garlic butter.

Does anyone have any (easy) recipies/suggestions for something that tastes just as good but without the high fat/calorie content?
