    a friend of mine had one and it was almost impossible to move the knee thingies around the circle. Don't waste your money

    I have one but cant really give you a definitive answer yet as Ive only used it a handful of times. Bought it 2 weeks ago. Although I find it quite easy to move around the circle back and forth. I am unfit so get tired easily.

    My husband thinks its great as you can change the height of it giving your more resistance or less depending on how hard you want to work.
