Hi there! From my understanding, unless you have a kidney disease, you cannot have too much protein. The best way to figure out how much you should be consuming is by taking your weight divided by 2.2 then taking that number divided by 0.8 if sedative or 1.8 if highly active. My goal is 1370 and if I burn a lot I at least eat half back. If I only burn a little like today I burned 300, I will only eat back enough to get me to at least 1200 net. Unless I am really hungry.
