Try a serving of Jelly Bellys, only 140 calories from 36 of the sweet little sugar bombs and they work everytime for me.

I was pretty consistant on the elliptical, basically 60-90 min per day (usually 30 min at a time). What changed (drastically) was my endurance and effort I had to put in. I hit it pretty hard from the beginning (avg ~64 rpm according to the machine).

Looks like you're on pretty much the same pace.....great job right back at you!

~1200 calories per day and 60-120 min of cardio per day (elliptical)......being 6'2" and male probably doesn't hurt either.

Have been for the last four days (same head cold crap)......it suuuuuuuuckkkkkks. But I know I'd feel worse if I didn't.

I just gave up on paying attention to the sugar counts.....I'd have an apple and/or a banana and I'd be "in the red" by dinner! Now I just keep in the calories and do lots of cardio and sugars be damned (though I'm never that much over).

Depends on the day, weather, work, etc.....at least 1000, though usually in the 1200-1800 range per day.

Elliptical....and lots of it....at varying and mid-high level resistance. Like they said you can't spot burn, but this will burn fat and build/tone the muscle so the fat that is there will be less noticeable (until its gone).

I love New Balance. Great support, great cushion, and great fit (largest selection with various widths - 4e for me).

One cup Total Raisin Bran and half cup of 1% milk.

Generally, you are only going to want to wear a brace for instability or weakness, not necessarily discomfort. I have the same type of discomfort but in my ankle, and it is generally attributed to a slight case of tendinitis. Usually, I'll just power through it but if it is "stiffer" or more noticeable I'll take a motrin…
