I would rather have honesty! It really kinda makes me nuts when some walks for 10 minutes and gets a "great job!" or is under their calorie goal for the day and everyone is like "way to go" and you look at their food diary and they've only eaten 900 calories. Thanks for that site!! I have been entering mine as Dance, Modern, twist. and i think I have been underestimating my calorie burn. Could be why I'm losing so slowly, I haven't been eating enough!

Try the Walk Away the Pounds DVD, they give a pretty good burn and are quick enough to fit into any schedule.

maybe it's just me, but I really like to eat! I want to make my journey a lifestyle change to be more healthy, but I have no intention of never eating a cookie, piece of cake, or other bad for me food again. I say have that treat when the cravings hit, just don't overdo it. Moderation is the key to everything. Good luck!

as much as you want to get back to your pre pregnancy weight as fast as you can, it will take some time. You didn't gain it all in 3 months, and since your breastfeeding it will most likely take more than 3 months to lose. Keep at it and the weight will come off. Good Luck!!

sliced turkey and cheese on whole wheat pita and fiber one cottage cheese. Better than the Chicken patty sandwiches the kids ate! lol!
