I had mine five years ago at 31 and I was pretty much out of commission for 5 weeks. I could barely lift anything until 4 weeks. I certainly would not have been able to exercise after only 3 weeks. Take it easy or your recovery will take longer.

Oh don't take that from me. I had no idea what that meant and once I heard it I decided that I could not wait to get there. I will continue to look forward to onederland :) Only 35lbs to go!!

Calories are calories. The only real difference is calories in healthy food benefits you in ways that calories from processed foods do not. Either way they all add up the same when it comes to calorie intake.

I put my meals in prior to eating them and usually prior to exercising. It gives me a better idea of where I stand and if I have to do a little extra exercise because of a higher calorie meal.

Eating just one serving certainly takes some getting used to but it is doable. I look at the label and determine what a serving is and only put that on my plate. I have slowly cut down from drinking a 2 liter of diet pop daily to just one 20 oz daily. I went from no water to 12-14 cups a day. It probably took me a month to get to this point. I did it very slowly and don't feel deprived at all.
