If you can't do a free personal trainer visit, get on a treadmill and people watch. Figure out what is what so you have some kind of an idea about what you want to do. I start every workout with some type of cardio anyways, this is where i get my heart rate up and my head on straight.

Yep.... I'm 5'9" 215lbs and pretty healthy. But my BMI says i'm obese!!!

I'm sending you an add! I try to run a 5K once a month. I love the competing factor but it also forces me to keep my cardio up during regular workouts! I have absolutely no plans whatsoever to run anything more than a 5K. I'm a little too heavy and it kills my shins and feet!

Hell Yeah! I have to remind my self all the time about "muscle recovery". Nothing wrong with that though, hang in there and keep hitting it hard!

If you are active at all 1200 calories will be hard to do. You need cal just for energy. The most important thing is to make sure your caloric intake is made up of "good" calories, no junk and little sugar. I stay around 1800-2000 but I try to monitor calories in vs. calories out. Awesome job. The very first time i did a p90x workout i had to pause during the warm up!!! They are tough so congrats on making it to Round 2!!
