    I'm all about that man. ALthoug now I mostly do Olympic lifting I still do some powerlifting as well.

    You look like you could give me more advice than I could give you. I've been hitting it pretty hard and started about a month ago with Starting Strength. I'm not a complete novice...lifted this way a lot in highschool and in the military, but it's been awhile. My weights are still low, but my form is good and I'm getting those noob gains. I love hitting the weight room and it's all I can do to not go overboard and just follow the Starting Strength plan.
  • Hell Yeah! I have to remind my self all the time about "muscle recovery". Nothing wrong with that though, hang in there and keep hitting it hard!

    added - just going back to basics now doing wendler 5/3/1, trying to build up the big compound lifts
