DONT eat chocolate...just cos you only lost .5 this week maybe it will show next week dont ruin all your hard work. I was really good for 2 weeks and lost nothing both weeks :( then on the 3rd week 4lb!!!! Keep with it keep smiling xx

Came on to find your post to offer support as you did for me. Go for it.....I guess we all have our wobbles and everyone elses opinion seems to matter...but actually it is only YOU that . can decide what you want. If you feel better and are enjoying life more thats got to be a success!!!

Ihave had this for about 7 years (replaced after 5) I have lost about 3 stone. I did have negative side ffects for about a month but well worth it for the positives.

How do you know what your calorie range is? I have been on 1200 but when I checked on another site then that was saying I should be on min 1400?

You have to east all your exercise calories...and watch your carbs. I plateaued a couple of weeks ago and this is what I did: lowered my carb allowance Changed some of my exercise to mix it up a bit Ate all of my allowance most days Lost 7lb in last 2 weeks and 2 inches. Good luck x

Thanks everyone. I think that I am expecting too much from myself too soon. Will keep going. Am going to cut down on my carbs if I can and get more sleep and drink more water....watch this space!!

Yes I am weighing at same time each week etc I think I need to lower my carbs intake as the week I did lose most was the week I ate least cabs.
