Did you mean obdormition?? This numbness due to prolonged pressure on a sensory nerve. Falling after your long Skype session probably means you sat in such a manner that you compressed the nerve. Most likely not a mineral or dietary deficiency.

Have you tried the lite salt that medic mentioned? I use that as well. BTW, I looked at your profile and you need to be in front of the camera.

I agree with medic; just add salt to the healthy foods you are eating already. No need to add junk foods.

You need to define what your 24 hour day is and base your calorie intake on that period.

Are the dinners plated or buffet? Plated would make it easier for you because of the built in portion control. A buffet should have enough choices/variety that would allow you to make good choices.

You have to know what is a good weight for you. Work to achieve that weight by eating sensibly and maintaining areasonable amount of healthy activity. Like so many things, moderation is key.

Canned veggies are technically over cooked due to the temperatures and times used in the canning process. Most people come out of basic training fairly close to what they should weigh. Many lose weight but some gain. Most lose fat and gain muscle. At least that was my experience with the USA military. My grandparents use to drink this daily back in the 1960's. Its nothing new.

I drink 12 to 16 cups (coffee mug size) of green tea per day and have done so for years. The weight has not fallen. In fact I'm 60 to 80 lbs overweight. The weight loss claims for green tea are bogus in my experience.

Along with the various foods that have potassium you can use lite salt. They reduce the sodium by adding potassium. Bear in mind that an excess of potassium is just as bad if not worse than a shortage.

You are pprobably at the point where it gets real difficult to lose weight or body fat. From what I have read you will need to get under 10% body fat to see what you are wanting to see.
