No weight loss in April

I have been close to my daily calorie goal most of April and didnt lose any weight AT ALL. a little discourage. My cals per day goal was 1490 I just changed it to less. To be honest I dont know what else to do.

    I don't know how much you are looking to lose, but most on here will tell you they have "stuck" at some stage on their downward journey, including me

    I was stuck Jan & Feb this year, but just lately it has been on the move again, I changed nothing, just plodded on as before

    All I am trying to say is do not give up, it may be discouraging, but if you are eating less calories in than calories going out you will lose weight, just do not go on some fad crash diet or take "magic" pills, have patience please

    I weighed exactly the same on May 1st asI did onApril 1st, but I think I look a little less fat, my belt fits 2" smaller and I feel like I'm skinnier.
