That's an interesting perspective. I wouldn't say that I *hate* her ... I feel more like she hates me and keeps saying all these negative things to trip me up. Incidentally, writing it out like that makes me sound like a crazy person. ;)

Hahaha, thanks!

D'awwwwwww. Thanks. :blushing:

OK, I'm gonna give that a try. ;)

I've said it before, I'll say it again: You're my shero. Seriously, you rule.

Lemme see ... *Lose the last ~20 pounds (I say ~ because I'll know as I get near that whether or not my goal weight actually feels/looks healthy or not) *Lift heavier and build some rockin' muscle (this, of course, means that my current goal weight may be too low or too high, so as long as I am strong, healthy, and sexy,…

Haha, I stick my tongue out every time I pass one by. :D

Yay, more! <3

It's possible you have this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002472/ I was having this problem, was scared, and so went to my doctor. After determining everything was as it should be downstairs, she informed me of this awesome condition that some women get to experience. It doesn't happen to me every month,…

You look fantastic!!!! Great job!

Every day. Because I would die if I didn't is why. Seriously, I need it. I NEED IT. It has almost no calories, it doesn't make me feel bad or dehydrated, it is delicious, and it makes my brain smile.
-
I was quiet about it to all but a very few people until it became obvious. Now people want to talk to me about it all the time. :/

OK. I LOVE me some modern Doctor Who and Ten will always be my Doctor. But ... the HELL you say!!!! Classic Doctor Who rules, man!!!! Cheeeeeeese!!!!!! C'mon. Don't be hatin' on the golden oldies, I could sit and watch that stuff on Netflix all day.

Bump. I am in love with this thread.

Get snack sized baggies and measure out single portions of things like dates, roasted almonds (I get sea salt ones and also dark chocolate ones for something sweet), yogurt raisins, soy chips, etc. Depending on whether you are a more sweet or salty kind of person I guess. I find that crunchy/chewy things like that also…

OK, I'm really glad I'm not the only one. I just keep my eyes on Anita like JM says. :) And hope that one day as I get better at this I can do what Natalie does. I haven't yet gotten to something where I refuse to do it, but I do sometimes start out doing the harder version of what Natalie does and then having to switch to…

I see where you're going with that, but it seems VERY similar to the River set up.
-
I hope you are able to get some help for that, I know it can be a tough one!

Ha, I just kinda gave up years ago, thus my constant anxiety. It bothers me tremendously, but it seemed easier to force myself to deal with the anxiety and discomfort rather than try to completely change them!
-
Yep, I think a lot of us do the checking of things that could be dangerous or damaging. I know I can tighten things so much sometimes that I break them. :)
-
I have a constant thread of anxiety running through me because the people I live with (spouse and kid) are NOT neat freaks. They aren't slobs, but there's no keeping up with my mental needs for cleanliness and order, I guess!

I agree with getting fitted, first and foremost. But I highly recommend any bra by Moving Comfort. There 'Fiona' is the greatest sports bra I have ever owned, hands down. I know they are sold in many places but I get mine at REI.

Treadmill C25K Week 6 Day 2, but with extended running intervals. 423 calories in 38 minutes. Hoping to soon be able to do these runs with no breaks. Also about to move on to Level 3 of 30DS. Here's to keeping a full head of steam into 2013!

I tried it and hated it. I was eating the Vanilla Maple, which I *really* wanted to like. But after several bites it actually felt like a chore. It was pure punishment, and not worth it at all. I'd rather eat a sensible portion of ice cream than a pint of that stuff. Or, if I need the protein, have a shake that I like the…

Alright! :) The more the merrier!

Fully agreed. I LOVE Clara and do not want her to be another companion who is in love with the Doctor. A romantic story line is so unnecessary for him for many reasons. For those that wanted one, there was Rose, and that was lovely and now it's past. Then there is the fact of his attachment to River, whatever that may be.…

I didn't do the WHOLE marathon, but I plopped down right around 6 or so and watched from then on (OK, I watched some of it while exercising like a good girl). What did everyone think? Here's my take: 1. Cheesy, as the Christmas eps should be in my opinion. 2. Scary-*kitten* snowmen, thanks for that nightmare fuel. 3.…
