Eating over calorie goals on purpose?
So, today I had a fitness assessment at my gym. One of the things the trainer asked me is if I ever go over my daily calorie limit. Just hit the halfway mark!

I did Week 1 Day 1 today (woohoo!) and I know that it is recommended to take a rest day in between. My question is, what do you guys do on your rest day? I've noticed that on a day to day basis I have no real problem coming in at my calorie goal, and I rarely exceed the goals listed for fat, carbs, protein, or sodium.
