I'm not able to eat much sodium...so for me, chicken needs to be somewhat plain. Low broil...10 to 12 minutes on each side depending on the thickness. Also, the chicken needs to be completely defrosted prior to broiling.

I just keep doing what I've been doing all along. I'm happy to say I learned some really great habits over the past two and a half years...eat right, log my entries...workout/train 5 -6 days a week...I've maintained an 80+ lb. loss for well over a year now. Feeling great and I don't have any intention of stopping! :smile:
