Usually 50 mins to an hour 4 times a week. I do 10 min warm up on the treadmill, but at full incline at 7k/ph, then 45 - 50 mins of bodyweight training that incorpates cardio too. I try run for at least 45 mins once a week too: wink:

I don't weigh myself at all during this time, I know I've gained and I know its only temporary. Why put yourself through the agony of the seeing the scales increase, are you not feeling bad enough at the time. Ladies, give yourself a break and take those few days off. hiya, i used to eat porridge all the time, i got so bored with it, now I have either 2 scrambled eggs with a little slimline mikk added and 1 slice of rye toast, or 2 slices of ryvita with cucumber on the side or dry fried eggs with low fat cottage cheese on the side. Its tasty and keeps you going till lunch!!
