Are either of these more accurate/better to go by than the other? I'm 5'3" , 203 lbs, and would like to lose 2 lbs a week. Yes! This is one of the main reasons want to build a healthy lifestyle. I really want to honor God with my body and with how I eat. I don't want poor health to be a hinderance in Kindgom work either :)

Thanks everyone! I'm sure it will take some experimenting to see what works best for right now. So if I'm eating 1500/1600 a day and then work out, I eat back what I worked out, right? I realized I've been watching my food intake and not my NET ha.

I am 5'3" and 203lbs. I am on week 5 of Insanity right now. You're right, it is tough! (especially since my group gets up super early to do it and I love my sleep haha) I found the first couples days I was the sorest but continuing it helped me loosen those muscles and keep going. That's okay, Zumba is awesome, I've always wanted to take a class! Good job sticking with it :)

You got this ladies! I'm currently on Month 2. Just a few weeks before I started the program I was 220 and really out of shape. I am currently 203 (5'3"). I have a long way to go but I feel so much healthier. Its very rewarding! Be sure to drink lots of water and stick with it :)
