How can I take care of my knees?
Hello experienced runners! I am on week 2 of C25K (and loving it!) I have scar tissue in my right knee from when I tore my patella tendon years ago. I have been wearing a knee brace which seems to help while I'm running but the day after my knee hurts pretty badly. Any advice/tips on how to take care of my knees? Thanks!

Eat right scale doesn't move, eat more the scale goes down
Why is it that when I am very careful to eat right and meet my daily goals the scale stays at the same weight but then after I have my "free day" it goes down a couple pounds?
