Your favorite 300cal meals, ideas needed

I need some help, I'm doing a healthy lifestyle competition where we need to eat 5 meals a day.
At every meal we must eat a balance of:

CARBS/ FRUIT: fist sized portion
PROTEIN: palm sized
FATS: thumb size
VEGETABLES: two fist fulls (unlimited greens)

My daily intake is around 1500 calories. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!
