You can make pretty much anything with ground turkey that you make with ground beef- you just need to up the spices since turkey is a bit bland and doesn't brown quite as nicely as the beef. I've made turkey sloppy joes and those turn out well.

You can get fat free Caramel Macchiato creamer and it's really good and way fewer calories than Starbucks - way cheaper too.

I have the same problem............I don't get hungry so I don't think about eating. To top that off, I have an underactive thyroid for which I take medication so I have crappy metabolism in the first place. I do now eat breakfast when I get to work and usually force myself to eat something mid afternoon before I go to the…

I tried Annie's Cheddar Bunnies- (like the goldfish crackers). I like quantity and you get 50 crackers for 140 calories. 50 looks like alot when you put them in a cup or small container. I also like the Jello brand cherry/black cherry jello cups- 10 calories each.

I really like Smart Ones- Super Target has the best variety and also Lean Cuisine. Also, Sam's Club has a product by Treasures of the Sea- Parmesan Crusted Tilapia that is really good and 250 calories per filet. Have that with steamed veggies and you're pretty full for not alot of calories or sodium:tongue:

I just joined on the 5th- I like what I've seen so far - but hope to meet some friends to encourage me in my journey and so I can offer encouragement as well. Once again ,I'm trying to get my life in order.
