  • If you don't have time to do these or it just is not practical (job wise), just look up the web site. Then jot down on paper what you need to do, It is really easy stuff over all. Then you can do it at home. You can even break it up in littler exercises through out the day even.

  • ^^^^ this and also canned foods, resturant foods. Lots of sodium in canned foods, processed foods along with resturant foods. Unreal sodium there (even the salads have sodium added).
