I also lie on the floor for flies and chest presses. I have sat on one of my kitchen chairs for military presses and the step ups. And I use resistance bands that are attached to my bathroom door. I have tried using the ball. I either need to air it up more or strengthen my core more because I about die every time I try to…

Whew Chisel Agility was tiring. I wasn't able to give it as much effort as I would have liked though. I've been walking the stairs at work with a coworker and my calves are killing me and for some reason my right knee is hurting when I walk down stairs today. So I'm going to give those a rest tomorrow and just focus on the…

Week 2 Day 1 complete! Chisel Cardio was no joke! I'm sweaty and my muscles are shaking lol ready to shower and crash out. I'll be sleeping good tonight lol hope everyone had a great start to their week!
-
That's awesome! I lost 1.4 lbs and 4.5 inches my first week. I wasn't as strict with my nutrition as I should have been. Started week 2 today and I love this program!
-
I love the Chisel workouts. I have Chisel Cardio today as well. Can't believe we are already on week 2! Have fun playing hooky!

Week 1 complete!! such a good feeling! My shoulders are on fire! Lol I liked both of these hammer workouts better than the others I have done so far. The pyramid about killed me though especially on the military presses! All in all another great workout in the books! Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday!
-
Just finished Chisel Endurance. I am covered in sweat and my legs and hips are killing me from stepping up and down onto the bench! Lol I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow! As of right now I like the chisel workouts way more than the hammer ones. It's still the beginning though so maybe I will like them more as the…

Yes, starving all the time lol I constantly feel like I can eat something

I bet you're so excited to be done with week one! 54 minutes seems so long lol but I really like ab workouts so I'm sure it will be great regardless

I decided to take my rest day yesterday. I got home from work and my 6 year old and I had a date - we went to dinner and a movie! One on one time with him was long overdue! I'm going to keep my rest days on Fridays and weigh and measure myself in Saturday's! So far I have lost 1.2 lbs and 4.5 inches! So excited to keep…

I also went forward and skipped my rest day. You're right @Tammy_Christopher it wasn't as challenging as I thought. The only really hard part was the beginning with the push-ups. I suck at those! I used 5lbs and 8lbs so I will definitely try 10s and 15s next time I do this one.

I was thinking about keeping going and making my rest day on Sunday too. I don't like having my rest day in the middle of the week. And idk what this app is doing. I tried to log my workout and its doubling it for some reason. So I only worked out 36 minutes and burned 249 calories. Not what it's saying in the newsfeed lol

Day 2 done! Hammer Plyometrics. So sore but felt so good!
-
Okay, I am so drenched I can feel the sweat trickling down my face and back lol I have a feeling I won't be able to walk tomorrow
-
Thanks for the explanation! I started yesterday and am really liking it so far! I love most all beach body programs though
-
haha I'm sure that is how I will be. My youngest is 6 and doesn't like anything a normal 6 year old eats. He will chew and chew on meat and just hold it in his mouth and refuses to swallow it. It's the weirdest thing. I keep saying he's going to grow up to be a vegetarian.. My boyfriend isn't much better either. He only…

Put myself on the spreadsheet! Thanks Sherrib!!

Haha I am so sore too! 25 minutes does sound like a walk in the park but from others review they all said it was pretty brutal as well. So should be interesting lol I wore my heart rate monitor last night that I just got. So that was fun seeing the actual calories burned compared to just guessing on here. Makes me more…

I'm trying to follow to nutrition plan as best I can. I know I won't be perfect the entire time. I have a hard time when I am restricted, I crave it that much more. But so far I have done pretty good. Granted it has only been one day lol I thought even if I follow it during the day and eat a normal dinner with my family…

I have always struggled with drinking enough water. However, my work recently put in a water and ice machine so now I have no excuses. I am trying to drink half my body weight in water. Which right now is 91oz, so roughly 11 cups a day. Yesterday I drank 10 so I am doing pretty good so far
-
Completed 40 minutes of Hammer and Chisel yesterday. It was tough but I pushed through! Today's workout is only 26 minutes so that could be good or bad. I'm pretty sore from yesterday so maybe it will be good lol Hope everyone had a great start to their week and a happy new year!
-
Wow! Great burn! Can't wait to do today's workout now! I'm a tad sore this morning but nothing I can't push through!
-
Day 1 complete! Oh my my body is on fire! I can just feel the heat coming off my muscles sitting here! And I am a hot mess on the balance part lol that's going to take some practice. I was all over the place. But overall I loved the workout. Excited to see what tomorrow's will be like!

I too thought it was weird to have a rest day in the middle of the week instead of at the end of the week. Not sure how I'm going to like that. I'm going to stick to the schedule this week and see how it goes. If it doesn't work for me I may just continue with the workouts and put my rest day at the end like I'm used to.…
