Successes/struggles this week: Had a good first week - managed to lose 3lb which was a surprise. I seem to lose it quicker during the week. Didn't manage to get my runs in this week - the joys of adulting (teething baby, with Chickenpox) meant what little time I had, wasn't suitable for running.0 -

I did a lot better this week with eating and also started a new workout program that I stuck to. Down 1.4 lbs isn't too bad! I'm happy with it. Especially since I started lifting weights and normally you gain before you lose due to building muscle. Excited to see how this week goes!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Ugh the scale didn't move this week (and lets be honest it was jumping around in the 142's but after like the 5th time i got on the scale it said 141.8-- so im going to say I stayed the same lol. Does anyone else do that where they weigh themselves like 12 times before they take the "real" reading for the day?? Maybe im crazy haha).
Tough weekend with my husbands 30ths birthday party. Back on track today... I am in a destination wedding in under 5 weeks in Jamaica and i WILL be in the 130's by then. Have a good week everyone!0 -

Successes: Well, I reached my goal for the month, and am (presumably, having moved my scale, and given dressed versus nekkid weight-ins) back into 'Overweight' range...
As mentioned before, I am just back from travel/Christmas/cruise, so this is mostly water and 'recent' weight, thus not a particularly large victory! Still, I could have given up, I suppose, so I will take it - and celebrate it appropriately - and move on.
My next goal is to get back to where I was, at my plateau: 192.8. With about 2 pounds of clothes, that would be 194.8 -- another kilo, or 2.2 pounds.
Struggles: I have got a wicked cold, and it has been very cold outside! I am usually eager to get out and walk at 40 degrees Fahrenheit and up (and am willing at 20-and-up, if it's not too icy or windy), but a hacking cough and freezing temperatures do not mix and I am feeling too crappy, anyway...
Still, the sun is shining today (and it looks like it will be warmer) -- and the dog may guilt me into it, yet.

I thought about chocolate for 2 days in a row, and at first I thought... "it's just a craving, and it will pass in a few hours". But, since I had it didn't pass, I decided to get something with chocolate by the 3rd day... Unfortunately I binged on it once it arrived. My sleep pattern has been off too (hubby does shift work and I'm a light sleeper)... so my gym and sleep times have been irregular.0 -
