I thought about chocolate for 2 days in a row, and at first I thought... "it's just a craving, and it will pass in a few hours". But, since I had it didn't pass, I decided to get something with chocolate by the 3rd day... Unfortunately I binged on it once it arrived. My sleep pattern has been off too (hubby does shift work and I'm a light sleeper)... so my gym and sleep times have been irregular.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I can have beef! It's called 96% lean ground beef shaped into burgers. I was too lazy to separate a 2 lb package into 4 oz beef shapes previously but I knew it needed to stop if I wanted burgers. It was a success along with an ultra thin slice of cheddar and 'Baked' Cheetos lol.
In summary, it's great to eat something besides chicken for dinner.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I wanted to do more this week but due to having toothache and fighting off the flu, I wasn't able to complete all of my planned workouts. Though I am extremely happy that I lost anything at all! I found that my 2lbs loss were achieved by Tuesday and my weight hasn't changed since. But I am noticing less cellulite in my thighs and buttocks so I'm just happy that my body is responding to working out and is slowly get in stronger as the weeks pass! Chocolate is a weakness of mine. I find it's easier not to fight the cravings. So I'm now keeping a bag of Ghiradelli chocolate squares in the freezer. They're individually wrapped and 50 cals a piece. When I've had that craving at night I just fit it in. I've been eating much better and usually have no trouble adding an extra 50 cals for a treat!

Successes/struggles this week: Sorry this is so late. I promise I did weigh in on the 8th, I just didn't post. Last week was pretty darn good. I got all my runs in and did my cross-training and strength training as scheduled. Even my eating was better. I did struggle with my energy level because I'm not getting enough sleep at night. My goal is to get on a better sleep schedule and cut-down on my screen time after 9pm.

Successes/struggles this week: Watching how slowly the weight is falling off and nighttime snacking. I know being close to your goal weight makes it more difficult to shed those last kilos, and the snacking doesn't help. I had two sweet potatoes last night when I should have just gone to bed. It will actually be easier for me lose the rest of the weight next month, when I go on a very active vacation!0
