    Successes/struggles this week: This week (just starting out) I will commit to logging everything I eat. I will only drink alcohol at most two days per week. (Only had one glass of bubbly on New Year's Eve, so that was impressive!)
    Went to my first Pump class and was SO SORE after. Going again for the second one tomorrow.
    I logged everything I ate and had a calorie deficit each day.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been to the gym 4 times doing great workout followed by cardio and have done 2:15 h of spinning in 4 sessions (mostly before breakfast). I've change my eating habits, haven't had any sweets or junk food, noted down all food and I've noticed I have so much energy that I don't know what to do with it! Today's check-in was the first one when my scale didn't move but my waist circumference went down by 2cm since previous measurement I did two days ago.

    Successes/struggles this week: changed calorie intake to lose 2lbs a week, so I'm surprised I lost so much! Stuck to calorie target, with most choices being good. Struggling with the desire to snack when I'm working late though.
