I just finished the 30DS last Monday and I loved it as well. I just started Power 90 today and found it really boring, but I will stick with it. Good luck!

I went from about an 18 (fitting snuggly) to comfortably fitting into a 14. My abdomen, thighs, arms, and face are all slimmer. It is a great workout but is really challenging in the beginning but stick with it. At the end of the month, you will be amazed at how strong you have become. Good luck!

I can totally relate. I have diverticulitis and it is really difficult to work out on days I have a lot of pain. It (diverticulitis) definitely motivates me to eat much more healthy and I haven't had any fast food in 5 months, made a HUGE difference. Friend me if you want, we can all use the support!

We have a party to go to later today so I'm eating a healthy, light breakfast and doing my workout before we leave. I already checked the menu at the restaurant so I can decide ahead of time what I want to eat to keep me on track.

I only weigh myself on the 1st (or 30th) and 15th of each month, so twice per month. Seems to work for me. I would like to weigh more often but I know how weight can fluctuate so much because of water retention etc. and I know I would be obsessed too, lol, so I limit it.

It is frustrating trying to get the weight off but the difficult journey is worth it. I struggle daily and am good at making up excuses and have been having more difficult days as of late.
