I usually end up being at 34/32/34 F/C/P. Today will be 56f 120c 126p. My carbs come from fruit/veg/dairy/ and my whole grain cereal. Works for me! I make sure I get 22 grams of fiber in there as well.

MFP's protein is really a minimum, i eat anywhere from 95-120 grams of protein daily.

I ignore sugars from dairy, fruit, and vegetables. As long as you don't have health issues I really don;t think it matters very much. Just my opinion.

I ignore sugars from dairy/fruit/veg. Unless you have some medical reason sugar from fruit shouldn't be an issue.

Nope. NEVER gonna happen, lol. I only drink whole milk, i just make it fit. Skim milk actually gags me it's disgusting to me.

I'll have coffee with a half cup of whole milk, SANS 0 calories cola(made with stevia), or BlueSky Free sodas (also made with stevia) The mandarin lime taste just like orange soda to me. Just got the cherry vanilla, lemon lime, and creamy rootbeer to try. I only have one soda per day, 2 coffees and the rest is water.

When I went with my mom and bro last week, I ordered one beef fajita taco, skipped the tortilla and dipped the meat in some guacamole, yum. Had maybe 2 chips and a bite of my brothers rice.

For me, I eat my normal healthy diet on weekdays, but when weekends come around I eat what I want but still stay within my calorie goal to lose weight. Might be pizza, fajita tacos, a Mooyah burger, I just make it fit. Then the rest of the day I just snack on cheese, apples, cereal and coffee. Works for me.

I lol'd Anyway, I always, always, always weigh every thing. It's easier too cause then I am only dirtying the plate I put the food on, no measuring cups to wash. I even weigh out my milk into my coffee(122 grams per 1/2 cup) to avoid extra stuff to wash, hehe.

I don't count the sugar from my dairy/fruit/veg as part of my allowed grams. I only count the small added amount in my organic cereal and singular organic lollipop I have each day.

Indeed. I eat both every single weekday. Blueberries in my yogurt and a avocado/tomato salad at lunch, Avocados also provide fiber and are very filling, yummo for sure.
