Diet/Fitness Oriented Shows on Youtube?

Hello folks,
I find myself watching health, diet, eating disorder, fitness, etc. oriented shows on Youtube, when I am busy doing homework and want to watch something minimized in the background. I have found a few good ones - but I am running out, and I was wondering if anyone else had any fitness favorites on Youtube that they enjoy.
I really love British shows, for some reason an accented narrator makes everything 10x more refreshing:
1) Secret Eaters = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-96SbD_7n0
A family who is unsure of the reason behind their weight gains goes under surveillance. The narrator/experts note all of the extra calories that the participants put in their food (extra oil, too much condiment, etc.), and unconscious habits (mindless snacking, grazing, etc.) that contribute to their previously unexplained weight gains.
2) My Big Fat Diet Show = https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PL6BA0AB96CAA3D010
The narrator and a select group participate in a calorie restricted diet, while someone with a unbalanced diet is treated to include a larger variety of foods in his/her diet. - *WARNING* - The participants focus on 1,200 calories, use your own judgement.
3) My Fast Food Baby = https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PLA4650D0F1161AB87
Families who eat primarily fast food/takeaways, or have children who refuse to eat normal food have outside assistance help their kids to eat healthy balanced diets.
4) Supersize Vs. Super Skinny =
An over-eater and an under-eater live with each other in a house for a week, while swapping each other's disproportionate meals.
5) The Fat Fighters =
Fitness trainers compete to become the most successful trainer, while assisting their customers in overcoming obstacles.
6) Hungry Girl:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZLKyky899Y
A lower-calorie alternative cooking show.
Please post your favorite shows/documentaries/vlogs/etc. I am almost finished with my current show! :[

Not serialized TV shows, but a couple shows I found interesting:
BBC "Why Thin People are Not Fat"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPsKpnu0-X4
There was another BBC Horizon program called "The Truth About Exercise" that was really interesting too, but I can't seem to find the whole thing streamable anymore.0 -
Hah, I have watched every single one of those!! Hehe, I love them.0
