I make my own with light buttermilk. 4 tablespoons is about 35 calories.

Stroganoff is the best.

I don't like to waste food either, but tuna is dirt cheap. I wouldn't risk it.

That sounds like you have a severe medical problem triggered by aspartame. I enjoy peanuts myself, but certain people can't get a whiff of them without having a near death experience.

I'll eat under my goal a little bit each day, and then eat back all of my extra calories at the end of the week.

I make Ranch with low fat buttermilk. It's about 30 calories for a quarter cup.

Reduce some lower sodium chicken/beef broth on the stove.

More often than not, cheeses are made with beef rennet; enzymes extracted from linings of cow stomachs. Vegetable rennet also exists, but it's used less often (although some brands like Cabot only use vegetable).

Mmmm... frozen thin mints.

I crunch up Doritos in my taco salads :)

I don't like soy/almond milk. It tastes like flour mixed with water to me.

Don't be suprised if you encounter people who are suddenly empowered after losing weight, after a lifetime of being fat and introverted.

I wonder what the lowest calorie/highest alcohol beer is.

My mom always say that I'm too skinny.. but I'm still overweight. I think she's worried that people will think I'm on drugs, or something.

There is no evidence of that at all, despite aspartame being one of the most studied food additives ever. Those long, fake lists of the dangers of diet soda get passed around in chain emails. And the correlation between diet soda and weight gain exists only because overweight people are more likely to drink diet soda.…

Hey, sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie...

I limited myself to 8 thin mints for 320 calories. I could eeeeeasily eat the entire box.

The best advice I've gotten from my doctor is to avoid any liquids an hour before and after eating. You want the food to absorb the acid in your stomach.

One of my favorite snacks is to take a hunk of deli sliced turkey and pinch off pieces of the cheese with it.
-
I've never considered this. I'm going to start weighing my bacon before and after cooking.

The way I do them on the stove is: Marinade the chicken. Sear it on one side. Flip it and deglaze the pan, cover with a lid and steam on low for 10 minutes.

Pineapple orange juice. It has more sugar than Coke. I thought it settled my stomach when I was nauseous, but it was probably the reason I felt so sick all the time.
-
I don't limit my saturated fats, but some low fat things taste exactly the same to me and are worth the fewer calories.
-
It's the same with fat free/low fat sour cream. The low fat version is made with milk and cream, but the fat free is made with skim milk and thickened with corn starch.

I think you need to listen to the lyrics of "Bad to the Bone" a little more closely.

Skinny cow ice cream and diet A&W root beer.

They are good cubed up in chili.
