I threw away my scales, and I get weighed at my Doctors at the same time every two weeks. I have found by logging everything into MFP, I am so much more aware of what I eat and I am finding it so much easier to make the right food choices. good luck with your weight loss journey.

Hi Summer, I became a vegetarian at the start of the year, I was a bit lethargic at first, until my son said to have a glass of orange juice in the morning, since I have started doing this i have felt amazing. Good luck with your health all the best Wendy

I do a Zen class once a week this incorporates Tai Chi, yoga and Pilates, I love it. I am going to start to do a new yoga class next Tuesday. It makes you feel so good afterwards.

If I eat something I shouldn't, I was finding oh well I blew it and I would keep eating. I have decided I will have a cheat meal once a fortnight after I get weighed. maybe you could cut it back to once a week . good luck with it.

Thanks I started losing weight in early December I was 118 kilos, I only discovered MFP last week when a friend at aqua aerobics told me about it. I am really motivated
