Maybe try eating more lower calorie foods so that you can eat larger quantities of them.

I did the pure burn, super strength one and definately would agree with you. I've been doing p90x,but this was a new and hard challenge for my body.

I would say that prayer helps me. Forcing myself to workout especially when i feel that I don't want to helps also, by the end of my workout I feel much better. Be encouraged, your doing a great job and don't be too hard on yourself.

I do p90x and just add that as my excercise on this website, I don't do their nutrtion guide. So far it seems to be working.

Don't be too hard on yourself, for late night snacks try snacking on something like low calorie popcorn. There is only 135 calories in a whole bag (7.5 cups) of the oville redenbacher 94 % fat free popcorn. There will always be another day to grab some junk food, another girls night out or something. I agree with what everyone else also. For me once I take the focus of the losing weight and focus instead on a healthy active lifestyle, it is less frustrating and the weight comes off. I like to make my own homeade mini pizzas in a big batch and freeze them.

I recommend a combination of both. Lots of cardio excercises ie running and squats build muscle, so I recomend more cardio then weights if you want to drop pounds. I think for the most part it comes to down to calories in and out and cardio seems to burn more calories, but having muscle burns more calories too. : )

I really like the maple flavored sausage patties(still fake), they are great for breakfast sandwiches, which I can eat any time of day.
