I'm right there with you! I lost 85 pounds by exercising and tracking everything I ate with MFP. I have slowly put almost half of that back on. It's time for me to stop making excuses and get back to it. I do agree that it's easy to look at little gains with that idea of it's been worse. Boy how those little gains add up!!

I totally get what you're saying. I'm still shocked when I fit into certain things. Still have that "fat girl" mentality sometimes. You look fantastic! You should be very proud of yourself! :drinker:

Jan 1 no tracker Jan 2 Tracker did not track! :( Jan 3 5, 291 (no school and I didn't get my tracker working until around 2:30 but I did do 30 minutes on the treadmill!) Hitting the gym in the morning then laundry! I WILL hit 10,000 tomorrow!:wink: plus lots of stairs!

Just got back from the dreaded 20 minute run! I did not make it but I'm still feeling proud! I did run a mile in 13 minutes before I allowed myself to stop. I'm out this week ladies????. I was running Sunday night and tripped on uneven sidewalk. Nothing major but I landed on my side and bruised a couple ribs. Still managing my regular workout schedule but not up to adding anything extra. Should be ready to go next week. Good luck this week!

That's how I felt until I changed how I ate. Now I eat balanced meals and stopped eating fast food and fried foods. Exercising also makes me feel better. Good luck!
