I think these posts are meant to inspire. So even if I don't personally see a difference I wouldn't say. I don't think you should dismiss someone of not seeing a difference as being wrong or jealous (everyone's perception is different) but definitely maybe rude for feeling the need to say it.

If you lift weights you can probably get rid of the belly fat without losing any more weight...I have a long way to go but I remember when I was active duty, lifting and having a flat belly after kids at 136. I'm 5'3. Totally different story now but it can be done.

Hi! I'm tiffany and I want to lose 40 lbs. I really do feel like this is not me. Trying to stay motivated. There is a waterslide fest in mid-July and I would love to wear a one piece swimsuit to it. My current weight is 170 and I would like to get to 130. If I can lose at least 2 pounds week it can happen.
