I have loads! From aggressive IV steroid therapy back in 1988.... Cushing's syndrome from the drug....but hey, I survived when I could have died! They are still there and everywhere, but hey ho, not red, but white! I don't really think you can do much once they are there. Biotherm was an expensive waste of money.

I hate the weighing every day, or every few days! Currently hate weighing every week as the scale is going up and down, but overall maintaining! LOL...so on advice (thanks MFP) , they have been put away, in a bag, in an under bed storage box, under my king size bed! Measurements are king! My sanity is safe:bigsmile:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007V2W3VO/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The double-wrapping in plastic wrap and then foil prevents freezer burn like nothing else........ Thanks for the link...and the tip! The amount of stuff I've chucked out 'cause of burn...not thought about using foil :flowerforyou:

Because I do not have a HRM or fit bit, I wonder about exercise calorie values.........I am not as fit as others I see in the gym / pool, so I go under on the burn for me. I have also dropped my TDEE by 100 food cals too, as I was maintaining and not losing! I think you just need to play around till you find your numbers…
