I find it hard sometimes to log when I know I am over, so well done for being honest!! Tomorrow is another day, sometimes when I go waaaay over one day I stay about 50cals or so under the next few days, makes me feel better even if it does not really help

Hi this would be cool, thanks- am 33yrs old, 5ft 2in, 128lbs, am a nurse so on my feet alot of the time. intermittently exercise 3 x a week, bits of cario and 30DS type exercise (currently have a rubbish knee after my chin up bar fell down!) something small, usually a piece of fruit and a small drink about 20-30 mins before, I need the energy to get me through. Will do this as soon as i get in/get up then get ready and that way not running or exercising on too full a stomach.
