i was working at my desk and suddenly it hit me, "man, i really want to dig into my broccoli and hummus..."

broccoli and hummus?! if you had approached me a year ago with broccoli and hummus i would have promptly told you where to stick it. but eating cleaner and exercising regularly really has changed me for the better. my whole mindset and cravings are a complete 180. i've really got to give credit where it's due and thank all of the motivators on here!!!

I know what you mean. I find myself thinking, "what else can I do today to get some exercise in?"

My most intense cravings recently have been for bananas. o: I've always liked them, but I've never actually CRAVED something like that. It probably helps that I have them within reach so they're always on my mind, but still. After my walk I just really want my banana.

Thats a great feeling, its all so much more than losing weight, as we get deeper into a journey we figure it out...its about being healthy and feeling good about yourself. Yay for broccoli and hummus.

Way to go on reflecting how far you have come on your new lifestyle. All the hard work of conscious/mindful eating is becoming second nature. Keep up the great work on changing your mind to change your life for the better.

Totally with you there, for me its about recognising the difference between hunger and cravings!
