  • lemon wedge it is, then! i don't eat fruit, like, ever, because the texture weirds me out. i wondered if juicing would be a good way to get some fruity goodness into me. OH, and i have read/heard that since i eat most of my veggies raw my body doesn't process them right. is that a load of crap or is there some truth to it?

  • i looked at the military body fat calculator on fat2fit and it projected my ideal body weight as 114 lbs. Are you nuts? I am almost 5'6" tall. Those calculators are ridiculous. I would look positively GAUNT at 114 lbs. Craziness.

  • i kinda figured it was better to not eat the exercise calories back, but because i am only used to crazy 'crash' diets, it is really hard for me to process that I can eat, i don't know, a wrap that is under 300 calories for lunch and it is okay! I guess it will get easier as I keep going!
