GAH! Why can't I figure out how to send a friend request? Somebody give me a hint. haha. When I click on your name, it gives me the option to send a message but not a friend request. What am I doing wrong?

I am also vegetarian. Let me ask some questions to help me give you suggestions. Do you have access to a microwave when you travel? Do you use things like meat substitutes? Do you omit things like soy, processed food, etc?

wish I could lose thirteen pounds and go down FOUR sizes. That's pretty impressive. I have not expereince what you are talking about, but keep losing the weight. Nothing bad can come from losing excess weight. :flowerforyou:

Once when I was a kid...maybe 14 years old. I had this huge crush on a guy and was trying to look pretty to get his attention. Ummmm. He told me that I looked "like an elephant". THat was over thirty years ago and I still remember how much that stung.

Do you not do eggs cause you don't like them or cause you are at work? I nuke my omelet in the mornings. Two eggs, fat free cheese, spinach and mushrooms. Topped with chopped tomatoes. Love it and I get veggies in.

I eat whenever I feel like it. I just make sure that I don't go over in calories.

Calculate the total calories for the entire dish. Divide the calories by the number of serving to get calories per serving.

I tried it and I really didn't notice an increase in pounds lost. It made me FEEL WEIRD. I had to stop taking it because it made me feel jittery and kinda irritable. Hope you have good results. Let us know. :wink:

A big candy bar. Not just a regular sized on, but a KING sized one. With a glass of milk. Obviously if I am going to stay on plan, this is not something I can do often, but sometimes I just have to go for it. BIG Snickers bar or a Three Musketeers.........:heart:

Know what I hate?? I am all finished having babies. I am OLD. I should not have to still do the whole TOM thing. WIsh there was a magic button you could push to end the TOM when you are no longer in baby making mode. :grumble:

I works. You will lose weight following it. Just be prepared....if you ever go back to a diet even moderately high in carbs, the weight will come back. I know this from experience. It happened to me and to my husband. If you choose very low carb, you will have to stay low carb. Forever.

I took Paxil for quite a while. I did not gain weight on it, but it made me SOOOO SLEEPY! All I ever wanted to do was sleep. Long afternoon naps when ever possible. It was horrible. I changed to Wellbutrin and stopped all the excessive sleeping. I think no two people respond the same way. I hope it will work well for you.…

With the miracle noodles or shirataki noodles you have to RINSE RINSE RINSE. THey smell awful until they are rinsed VERY WELL. THen they are ok. Just ok. They sort of feel like you are chewing rubber bands, but at least they don't taste fishy any more.
