I tried this a few years ago, I was going to the gym five days a week and was taking this to supplement that. I won't lie - while I was taking it, it made me burn so many more calories at the gym and I lost weight fast, but as soon as I got off of it and started eating normally again I regained and then some (but I also wasnt focused on maintaining either, I just started a new relationship and was more engulfed in that). I then tried it again about 2 years ago and it gave me bad side effects, nose bleeds, stomach cramps, nausea etc. (probably because I wasnt working out as much and the high dosage of caffeine was messing with my body). If you do decide to continue with it, make sure you are properly hydrated and wein yourself into the full dosage and then wein yourself off at the end. You have to drink water all day long on this because it has so much caffeine that your body will respond negatively if you dont. Make sure that you are using that energy by working out with it as well because if not it will keep you up at night. The second time around for me it gave me bad insomnia (again, probably because I wasnt working out as much). I threw them away and am trying to do my weight loss now without the use of those type of pills because I want to make sure I can do it the healthiest way possible and maintain my loss. Let me know if your going to keep taking it and how it works for you!0

I tried it and I really didn't notice an increase in pounds lost. It made me FEEL WEIRD. I had to stop taking it because it made me feel jittery and kinda irritable. Hope you have good results. Let us know.0

I've taken it in the past and am currently taking it again (after a loooong cycle off). It does help with calorie burning and whatnot, but I pretty much take it for the boost of energy. This will more than likely be the last time that I use it though. I can't really say whether or not it helped/hurt with the weight loss aspect of it though. I exercised like between 3-5 times a week and reduced the calories, so losing weight could be from a number of things instead of just the pill.
Other than the very first night I took it many months ago, I've come across none of the other nasty side effects.0 -
I've taken it. I like it and it helps keep my cravings at bay. I prefer a different brand myself but it is similar to OEP. I don't get jitters from it, it just keeps me from craving and thinking about food.0
