I plan ahead in the morning and log most days that way. I find it helpful to know how many calories I have left or I can adjust before I have too many. Also , how much of a workout to add to reach my daily goal! :-)

I find that if I consume 1200 calories I am all set. My limit is 1270. If I exercise of course I get more calories, but again if I eat at least 1200 it does not tell I have consumed to few......but below 1200 it will say too few and starvation mode.....blahblah! Hope this helps!

Really cold today. In the negatives.....brrr! I really needed cardio though. I thought I would do my stairs, just the ones in the foyer. 15 minutes would be enough. Ha! I thought it would be easy. I had set the kitchen timer and half way through I thought I would never make it........but I did.....PHEW!

Don't get discouraged! Get out and play in the snow, build a snowman, if you don't have a dog, borrow one! Have fun! Stay within your calories and you will lose....guaranteed!
