That is the same reason i started losing weight! i wanted to avoid all the health issues that is associated with obesity. I've lost 108lbs so far, and i have another 90 to go before i'm at a weight i'm satisfied with. i sent you a friend request!

I wouldn't say just do cardio, my suggestion would be find something that you love to do you don't want to start working out and then stop Also, focus on nutrition, finding alternatives to foods you love, so you don't feel like you're neglecting yourself For me, i've found that i love strength training, but i know cardio…

Hey I added you! I started out at 360, currently at 260... I'm a mom, and starting grad school in the fall It took me about 12 months to shed the lbs, i don't have a goal weight, but more so a goal body Looking to be anywhere between 190-160! I'm sure i'll be there by next year! =)
