Piyo AND T25.. Success?

I want to start t25 for the weightless and the cardio but I also want to do piyo for the flexibility to make working out easier, and for the toning.
I have an event that I need to get a formal dress for in early Feb and that's my goal/motivation for wanting to seriously workout without fail and lose weight and inches.
I want to do t25 in the am before work and I was thinking of doing piyo in the pm as well. as anyone done both at once?
How'd it go? What were your results?
Someone told me doing two-a-days like that would ultimately be detrimental. Is this true? Any help would be appreciated.

Aren't those products sold by the Beachbody pyramid scheme people?0

I guess? A lot of people still use it and get results. I'm not trying to make money doing it, I'm trying to get in shape.0

I did T25 and lost almost 30 pounds and about 25 inches. I've also done PiYo, but didn't do both of them together. You can a hybrid of any program, but just make sure you adjust your diet so you are eating enough calories for what you are burning. T25 is more cardio and PiYo is stretching and strengthening the muscles, so they would go great together, I think.0

There is no rule against exercising twice a day. Many people do it!

I've done both (regular person, not a coach). Unless you are tracking your food and staying in a calorie deficit, don't expect to see big results. The programs are nice for fitness but the key to your weight loss is going to be your diet.0

I've done piyo, wasnt for me because i hate stretching haha
i am a coach, and no beach body isnt a pyramid, they have tangible products that actually produce results; if you can call beachbody a pyramid scheme you can say the gym is a scheme as well, they have a product that they are selling to people that can produce results if you know how to use them properly
Yes you can get them for free, but all the exercise in the world won't do a thing if you're diet isn't adjusted
I would incorporate piyo 2-3x a week; if you want to get results rather quickly you absolutely need to focus on your diet. I think doing T25 by itself would be fine, especially if this is your first time working out0
