Good Morning Everyone!
I wanted to see if anyone was interested in doing PiYo together! It s a combination of Pilates and yoga, high intensity, and low impact. It encompass strength and flexibility training and a full cardio workout all at once.
I like the fact that we are using our body weight to carve our bodies, and really define how we want it to look. I prefer home workouts because its hard to get to they gym where i am and i have a little girl.
I've always hated Yoga, because i felt it was hard (coming from a person who likes strength training, haha) I felt like it twisted my body in all these crazy ways, and i wasn't getting the burn i wanted. So when i heard this program was being released i thought I'd give it a try, plus i like anything with good music
It hasn't been released yet, it is coming out the end of this month! & I was thinking we could do the group the 2nd week in July!
If interested in seeing how the program looks, check it out:

Maybe I can get the program as a birthday gift.
otherwise, I won't be able to do anything like this for a while...due to cost. Fiance and I are playing financial catch-up. Looking forward to the conversation, though... And I agree about yoga - twists and strain and pain, but no real sculpting... LOL But like everything, I probably didn't stick with it well enough....
