I think she is talking about when you add in your exercise into MFP, if it is for strength, MFP doesn't calculate any calories burned. MFP only calculates calories burned if you enter it under cardio.

I have been training my butt and legs more so lately with heavy lifting and squats. ALL of my jeans are too small now. I now shop for larger sizes. It does mess with your mind a little bit but I think it looks so much better have a nice rounded behind than a flat non-existant butt.

I noticed if I drink lots of water throughout the whole day then I will not crave snacks or feel the urge to eat while bored because my stomach is so full of water. Total dumb question here? So sorry in advance, can I use a total body gym weight machine while following the new rules of lifting for women. Im guessing the answer is no but does anyone have advice to do it this way; I do not have free weights.

I would like to hear some thoughts on this as well. I am sorry Im not much help. I have a bad feeling that the most seen answer will be something like "it takes time" or be patient. However; those are not always the easier to accept.

You sound like me OP. Now i dont feel so bad. I usually have 2-3 per night. It really does make me happy. :) But I have been debating on cutting back bc I think it is slowing down or stalling my weight loss.
